Open Access Policy

In order to foster a richer research environment, JIICT believes that free online access is the most effective and efficient approach to ensuring that research results are accessible and can be built on. Therefore, JIICT is made an Open Access journal to encourage the spread of knowledge, information, and research results as widely as possible. Online access of all accepted peer-reviewed research articles requires no subscription fees. All published research results are open and immediately accessible unrestrictedly. Readers, institutions, or any other entities can read, print, download, redistribute, republish, and translate any article. To further encourage the dissemination of research findings, there are no charges or fees for submitting manuscripts or publishing accepted papers.
